Welcome to Youth Motivator. I would like to tell you the very inspiring biography of Sandeep Maheshwari.
He created a new history by achieving more than 10 million subscribers for his YouTube channel, Sandeep Maheshwari.

This channel mainly focuses on providing motivation and education and he is the India’s greatest motivational speaker.

He has been continuously uplifting the spirits of Indian youth since a long time. He is influencing the thought process of the current generation in a positive way.

Sandeep Maheshwari is working very hard through organising seminars, encouraging entrepreneurship, and through social media to change the mind-set of current generation towards a more positive direction.

Introduction:

Sandeep Maheshwari was born on at 28 September 1980 in New Delhi. He is the founder of the website imagesbazaar.com which is currently the world’s largest collection of Indian photos with high resolution.  Sandeep says that all his success which he is enjoying today is the result of three major failures of his life.

He always starts his motivational speech by stating – Aasan hai (which means everything is possible and easy in life if sufficient motivation and will power are present). Currently he is the founder and CEO of imagesbazaar.com which is worth over 2 million dollars.

Even after experiencing many setbacks in life, Sandeep Maheshwari kept moving on to realise his dreams.
He shares his experiences with the general public which helps everyone immensely. He is helping current generation realise their full potential and evoking a feeling of entrepreneurship.

Turning failures into the stepping stone of success-
Sandeep Maheshwari's father was a successful business man who was running an aluminium industry with good profits.

But overnight his father came out of the partnership of aluminium industry which in turn resulted in riches to rags situation, they were typically starving for food during which Sandeep was in his school. His parents in order to support the family did start petty business like that of conveyer belts, telephone booth both of which eventually not succeeded.

Then in his high school Sandeep realised his responsibility as the brother of his small sister and decided to help his family to help them get out of financial crisis. His father eventually went into acute depression.

Sandeep was deeply saddened by the proceedings ranging from loss in his father’s business, his depression, etc.

In his high school days, he attended a marketing seminar which lasted for about three hours. Sandeep was not paying any attention to the seminar until he heard the income of a young man as 2.5 lakhs per month.

Sandeep Maheshwari was in utter shock as he learned that earning even thousands of money per month is very difficult, as he used to sit in telephone booth all day, he earned only ten thousand per month.

Then, he realised everything is possible (Aasan hai) with hard work and dedication.
This changed his thought process and he started modelling. And went for job to different modelling agencies, but he rejected almost every time as like many modellers before.

Sandeep Maheshwari noticed that majority of the modelling agencies were committing fraud by collecting money from unemployed models, and then by observing the pity state of models, he decided to do something for them.

Then he learned photography, he was passionate for photography, but soon he realised the sorry state of affairs as many photographers were denied of any opportunities.

Then his experience with modelling served him well, Sandeep Maheshwari decided to help himself and the models by doing their photo-shoot. He used his small house for office purposes.

He experienced second failure in the form of an event management agency by name Dix 2000. His modelling partner struck a business deal with him stating that he will take care of all the financial matters and Sandeep should do all the work.

On December, just 4 days prior to the New Year Sandeep Maheshwari was stabbed in his back by his partner who said that he will not give him a single penny and he himself must take complete responsibility of the event.

He mortgaged his kitchen tools for making the lack of money and completed the event.
Even then, he reminded that everything is easy as he believed in his capability of attaining success in the future.

Sandeep Maheshwari reminded himself that success comes from experiences and experiences result from bad experiences.

Then he experimented with photography, where he was met with bitter experiences with different agencies which rejected his work only because he lacked fame and name.

Then, Sandeep Maheshwari decided to earn fame by breaking the world record of taking maximum number of photographs within 11 hours even without a single break.

And the major condition was that no two photographs should look alike. His event management skills came to use for organising this world record event and mobilising the models.

Eventually, by his sheer hard work, Sandeep Maheshwari set up the new Limca book of world record by capturing maximum number of photographs in 11 hours in the year of 2003.

He achieved overnight fame by creating a new record and was congratulated by many people, who initially made fun of his business experiments.

Then, he left his photography profession and joined a multi-level marketing company called JapanLife, though he was earning a very good amount of money, he was not satisfied as he was daily seeing many jobless people who were struggling financially.

Then, he decided to help them, by establishing his own company.
He did as he though and was busy in developing software for that company. Within a span of around 6 months, he opened 3 offices at different places.

But unfortunately, he incurred huge loses and the company shut down because of partnership problems.
One day he decided to write a book on marketing based on his experiences in marketing. But even then he was criticised as a college drop-out cannot write anything.

Eventually, the books didn’t sell. As a result; he was widely blamed as being a hopeless guy.
This failure also helped him, when he established Imagesbazaar, during which his software skills came to use.

Currently ImagesBazaar is the repository of the world’s largest collection of Indian images with high resolution. He has been awarded numerous awards, out of which the most notable one is the Creative Entrepreneur of the Year- 2013.
