Google was invented by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the year 1998 at Menlo Park, California, United States. Google is a part of the AlphaBet Company. Sundar Pichai is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Google. Currently Google is one of the top most companies in the world, it is listed among the top 5 companies. Google provides employment of around 98,771 people all over the world.


The major ways in which Google is helping the world to become a better place-
·       Google provides You Tube for free, which is helping many people all around the world to gain knowledge and update their skills, which in turn leads to hike in the earnings of people which ultimately results in their betterment of life quality.
·       Google is responsible for Android Operating System, which provides good quality smart phones at very affordable prices, particularly in developing countries like India and various other poor countries which help them to access knowledge and in turn improve their lives in more than one way.


·       Various opportunities provided by Google’s programs like Blogger and Ad Sense, which helps current generation entrepreneurs to run their businesses more profitably.


·       Google is providing Google Station-A free, fast and reliable Wi-Fi at various railway stations in India for free, which helps the people who cannot afford internet, get to know about it.


·       With the help of apps like Google Translate, Google is helping travelers all across the world to travel confidently to the new places and learn new languages, which in turn promotes tourism.
·       Google continuously has the culture of thinking out-of-the box, for example, Loon is a project by Alphabet which is working on  helping remote areas get good 4G internet connections by placing high-altitude balloons placed in the stratosphere.


How Google is fighting the Unemployment problem?

In this section, you will learn how Google is really helping the spirit of entrepreneurship, in various countries in general and India in particular.
India is the second largest country in the world in terms of population; the current population is more than 1.3 billion people. 
As a result of explosion of population, unemployment rate is above 6 per cent which is alarming. So the generation of new jobs apart from conventional jobs is a must.
Google is responsible for the rise of new generation of internet based entrepreneurs like Amit Bhawani, Imran Uddin, etc. Most of them are earning a handsome amount of money, they currently earn much more than many CEOs and government employees legally and ethically. This has led to the spur of entrepreneurship feeling among the general population which empowers them.

Also YouTube contains good content on various helpful topics like personality development, career advice and guidance, etc. which helps the youth to achieve their dreams and their career goals.
